Here is a list of what you need to complete as a coach.  After completing steps 1-6 follow the directions below and send a screenshot to Brett Welsh welshbrett@ymail.com and Siri siriyoungkrantz@gmail.com showing completion of all items necessary to coach. 

1. Register as a member of USA Hockey Click Here

2. Complete the background screening Click Here

3. Complete the USA Hockey Safe Sport Training Click Here

4.  Complete the Foundations of Player Development Pre-requisite

5.  Complete the online age-specific module(s) for the age level of play you are coaching Click Here

6. Find, register and attend the required CEP certification clinic Click Here 

Go to USAHockey.com 

At the top click on the Coaches tab

Then Coach Profile Login

After you have logged in select the My Profile tab

Then on the left side select Coaching Information
