Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls 12U

Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once a team has been accepted into the tournament schedule, as ice time and tournament expenses are secured in advance. If a team withdraws and Redwood Area Hockey Association is able to fill the open spot with another team, a refund may be issued.

Redwood Area Hockey

Player Registration Refund Policy The Redwood Area Hockey Association understands that circumstances may arise that require a player to withdraw from the season. Refund requests will be considered under the following guidelines: Prior to the first scheduled practice: Registration fees will be refunded less any non-refundable expenses already incurred by the association, including USA Hockey registration fees, processing fees, and any equipment or apparel that has already been ordered. After the first scheduled practice: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be prorated based on the portion of the season completed and less any non-refundable expenses incurred by the association. Medical Injury: A player who is unable to participate for the remainder of the season due to a documented medical injury or illness may be eligible for a prorated refund. A written request and physician's documentation must be submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after January 1, except in the case of a season-ending medical injury or other extraordinary circumstances approved by the Board of Directors. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the RAHA Board of Directors. The Board reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refund requests.
